2024 Board of Directors Recall

Attention Homeowners

A Special Meeting has been scheduled for August 12, 2024, to tabulate votes cast in connection with the recall of Directors and, if successful, to elect new Directors to fill the vacancy created by the removal. Official notice was mailed to all owners on April 26, 2024. If you have lost or misplaced the notice or the call for candidates form (to nominate a member for election to the board) the notices are also available under the 'Documents' tab in the member section of the website for your review.

UPDATED WEBSITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Dear Sommerset Citihomes Residents,

In March 2024 the Board of Directors approved an update to the associations website and we are working diligently behind the scenes to bring you the new and improved website. Updates will include a new look, a more user friendly interface and mobile compatibility! We look forward to introducing the updated site to the community. In the meantime, this site will remain accessible and will be updated as needed.

FEBRUARY TOWN HALL MEETING

Thank you to everyone who attended the Town Hall Meeting on February 13, 2024. The You Tube link was emailed to all members of the association on February 21, 2024. Sommerset Citihomes - Reserved Parking Permit / Renewal Notice & Application

Dear Sommerset Citihomes Owners,

CALIFORNIA COASTAL PATROL is Sommerset Citihomes’ patrol company.

As an important reminder, Renewal Notices & Applications for the 2024-25 Reserved Parking Permits will be released to all Sommerset Citihomes residents in early January 2024. The renewal date is February 1st. Current reserve parking permits will expire at 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2024.
